I'm so glad it's election day. Part of me is excited to see the results and hopefully towards those that were important to me (No on 8 and 4!!!), and the other part is just glad to see the end of all the campaigning, political ads, flyers and phone calls. Glad I already sent in my absentee ballot, though I'm planning to stop by my poling place, since I want my sticker!
ION, one week in to my final MBA class, Strategic Management. I'm lucky to have a team that seems strong and proactive, so I don't have to pull work out of anyone, they all pitch in. I think it's because all but 1 of us graduate after this class and we know the sooner we start, the sooner we finish, and it's just so damn close! The only suck is we have to get at least a B in the class to graduate, so no slacking here. I'm really hoping things work out so that I can attend the graduation in December, and that Tym can come out with me.
On the work front, no new news. Still helping out at the clinic and loving the free treatments, plus the company is great. Still, with the hope of moving in January (staying in the neighborhood, just somewhere with better amenities), it would be ideal to have a job to help with all those fun moving expenses, oh, and passing the credit check. Another 'wait-n-see' for me.
