Lulu bustled around the kitchen, organising a few different ingredients for recipes she thought might be fun to try. The door was propped open slightly, so that the expected guest could come right in (not that she expected him to, but he could). ... "For once," he said, his hand curled around the door as he peeked in with a faint smile, "I've brought you something. Unfortunately, though, I've only got the one left. They seem to have gone over well. May I come in?"

"Of course, Liir!" Lulu said, waving him in with one hand while she set an extra block of butter on the counter with the other. "I can't say that I'm surprised -- everything I've had of yours has been rather delicious. Have you given any thought to cooking professionally?"

He blinked as he stepped through the door, closing it carefully behind him before pulling Andrew from his pocket and removing his bag. He placed them both on the table, within eyesight of the kitchen but certainly not in the danger zone of kitchen incidents.

Well, after a kiss between the floppy little ears. Andrew cooed. Liir whispered something quietly to him before scritching him once and heading into the kitchen, the very last of the spiced brownies in hand.

"No," he finally answered, "Not really. I didn't even know you could--"

No, that wasn't true.

"I guess I didn't think I'd be able to. It seems something of a career."

I.E. something above his talents or abilities.

"It is, yes," Lulu said. "And it's something at which I think you might excel. Certainly, you're more than capable of following any recipe I've seen you encounter; what makes you think you'd be unable to do so professionally?"
