Ugh, I gotta quit smoking, or at least cut back a bit. I just got back from taking a smoke break and I can barely breath. Shit this sucks. Its bad enough that I feel naseous. I'm gonna talk to my doctor to see if he has any ideas on helping me quit because I sure as fuck can't do it on my own. Jason smokes. My parents smoke. My friends smoke.
