So today Lena and I are going to visit Grandma. This is weird. They took her off the dopamine so now she's on nothing but her own support and, strangely, her vitals are improving. Is that normal? Is this just one more upswing before the final big roller-coaster drop at the end?
I have no idea what state I'm going to be in after this.
