After South Dakota legislators (more like moralators) passed a law to ban all abortion (regardless of rape, incest or mother's health), the voters (yes, both of them heeehehhee) pass a constitutional amendment to keep abortion legal. Now it cannot be taken to Roberts' supreme court (that law anyway) and girls raped by their uncles in corn fields don't have to become mothers to their cousins.
Arizona DEFEATED the constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. That's right, the first one so far that has said NO to denying equality in the law. WAY TO GO ARIZONA!!!
