Hmm... I can almost hear #20. 'Stop baby, hear that sound everybody's rushing 'round' seems to come to mind.
But the title is so not coming to me. The closest I can come to is 'And we all fall down' but I think maybe that's part of a song, and not the title.

Oh, man, so many of these seem so familiar. For instance, I know I'll know #2 as soon as someone says it, but I'm drawing a blank. Oh, well. Let's see...

6 is "Moon Over Burbon Street" by Sting.
9 is John Lennon's "Imagine," of course.
14 is, uh... something by U2? Wait is that "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For?" Geez, I ought to know it if it is, I've stolen enough lyrics from that for fic titles. :)
17 is... hang on, I can hear Don Henley singing it in my head... Ah! "The End of the Innocence."
18 is "Fly by Night" by Rush.
And 19 is... Um, damn it, I know this. "When a Man Loves a Woman?" by... uh, whoever? Somehow, I don't think that's right.

6, 9, & 18 are correct! 14 isn't U2, but I did think when I chose that line that it was very U2-ish. The others, no.
