It's amazing what a little sunshine will do....
It's been a beautiful day. I got the chance to have a little walk at lunchtime as I had to deliver bloods to the lab. All the birdies are twittering, and the hawthorn trees are beginning to put out new leaves. I nodded at the daffodils (it seemed polite, as they were nodding at me), and let the sun soak into my skin. So nice!
Unfortunately, my battery died at the car park. But a very nice lady let me use my jump leads (even nicer, as she was parked right next to me) and we got me up and running in time for me to make it home for my pilates class. Win! I do have to say that going to classes is much better than doing pilates on your own. More challenging, and you get advice on how to do it right. I discovered that I'm fairly fit and can keep up with the class almost no problem. I'm just not terribly toned. {:( Ah well...all in due course, I suppose. At least I'm working on it.
Now to prep the car for my clients tomorrow, and bed. Hurrah!
