Musings of a doleful boy
Having plans in place before you go off contract on a temporary layoff (sung to the "good times" theme song tune) is great. having to start all those plans from scratch sucks. bad. Especially is said "redo" begins AFTER you're out of work. This is situation in which I find myself. It's kind of a bummer. It looks like I'll be working at the Shakespeare Festival at the beginning of next season, but that won't be until late Sept. I just got a day's work in a commercial in Tuscaloosa this weekend, but that's it. For now, I've got to find a jobby job and a place to live...with a quickness. There's an off chance I might go to Utah for about 6 weeks, but we'll have to see. Wish me luck, all. Danke.
