the phalo is one of the most intense SRS surgeries, thats true. And its also true you may not have any feeling after all that anyway...*shrug* but you know the risks, yeah? I would say, find others who have had the surgery, ask them about it if they are willing to share their experience.

Can I ask, what sort of handicap you have? Ive never noticed it...or just dont remember if you mentioned it (please forgive me if Ive forgotten, my memory sucks).
