Last night I had a dream that lawgeekgurl wasn't a lawyer, but a doctor. And that not only did she practice medicine, but also ran a daycare that myself and some other friends helped out at. Now this is where it gets weird. In my dream lawgeekgurl had the day care so she could use the children as lab rats for a new rabies cure she was working on. It was my job to get the rabid (but otherwise calm and well mannered) dog to nip at the kid and infect them. One kid got really sick and we had a hard time curing him, but we didn't want to take him to the hospital. I kept thinking "You know, I think his parents might sue us if they found out about this." In the end we all got in a lot of trouble, it made national news and it really sucked. My only consolation was that the papers kept spelling my name wrong so people wouldn't know it was me. I was quite relieved to wake up and find out it was only a dream. Also, as part of that dream, the government sent up a space shuttle manned only by 6-year-olds. Don't ask me why.

Well, back to another day at work where my boss is absent, my co-workers are grumpy and everyone is on cruise control.
