Entry 305; Day 181

Did anyone actually see what landed in the square? Something came crashing out of the sky, obviously. I heard it, and I think most everyone else should have heard it as well. I wanted to go out and see, but the smoke followed to quickly that I couldn't get a look around before I had to come back indoors. It'd be a wonder to me if anyone saw

I guess. I sure noticed the smell though.

I'm wondering exactly the same thing. I think it's some kind of insecticide. I'm almost certain it's a poison.

You think it's toxic to us too?

No one, so far as I know, has died from inhaling it, but I know I wouldn't recommend breathing it.

Well, that's a given.

If it is a poison, it may be dilute enough not to harm larger creatures like you or I or a cat, but it's still toxic.
