Entry 245; Day 6

For once, the City, while still reducing me to my childhood again, wasn't so cruel about it as it sometimes is. I'll call it a Christmas gift and be grateful for it. I've seen that curse before, more than once, and, more than once, the day has not ended well. It does make one wonder about the childhoods of others in the City. Though, this time ( Read more... )

Indeed. It makes one wonder what could have been - but still, if I had only been slightly older. And to think, that we should ever have been able to meet with such good will.
