It's been raining a lot. Today I got back in touch with a couple temp agencies, then plodded through the mist to Adult & Family Services to re-apply for foodstamps. Of all the people filling out benefits forms there, only one was a transvestite. I couldn't believe it. Whatever happened to keeping Portland WEIRD, man? Hey, here's a poll.
