yet another dream
so here's the latest serving of hilarity my subconscious has conjured up.
last night i had a dream that closely mirrored the episode of firefly, "objects in space." if you know what i'm talking about, great. if not, just know a bounty hunter shows up on serenity and is after river. now since i had watched that episode with jose earlier in the evening, i wasn't all that surprised by the dream itself. it's the way my mind works while i'm in a dream that always amuses me. so here's the deal:
the setup for the dream wasn't serenity. to me it seemed to resemble the circles apartment room style, though not the actual layout. also, it's no spaceman bounty hunter that's after us, it's liam neeson. he's tied the rest of the crew up, and it's up to me and wash to stop him. at first, battling with lightsaber toys, we backed him into a corner. while we're whacking away at a liam that seems unfazed by any of this, i suddenly have an epiphany. (this is where it gets good, haha) i remeber that (get this) wash is a jedi. so i whisper to him, "go get your real one." i keep liam busy while he runs to fetch it. wash charges in with (i believe) a blue saber, and an epic duel begins. no forcey stuff, just wailing out with lightsabers. of course liam has changed into his qui-gon getup by this point.
my dream sorta trails off at that point. i just love the shit my mind comes up with to deal with the obstacles i encounter in my dreams. "oh right, wash is a jedi." good for me. good for me.
