so i was at the grocery store doing some shopping last night and when i got to the checkout line i picked out a relatively short line and waited my turn. well i fell victim to a classic checkout line blunder. yes the line may have been shorter than the others, but it contained one of the biggest line slowing elements known to man... a 70 some-odd-year-old coupon clipping, "ooo, i thought that was only 1.99, it's not? well then put it back." woman. now since i was in no particular hurry, i decided not to get upset, but just amuse myself with the lengths this woman went to for that ultra-cheap score. however, my amusement turned into sheer joy as i saw her stuffing extra plastic bags into the ones already packed with her groceries (cause you know, plasitc bags are so hard to come by cheaply these days). it was the large canvas bag she was using to this end that struck me. emblazoned on the side in about as big of a typeface as could fit were the words "le bag." i wanted to shit myself.
that is all.
