In that case it depends on who that pregnant woman is. If she's a nobody I would try to rescue others by risking her life, but if she's someone close to me I would let her live.

If I myself were in such a scenario, I would talk to the others with me and gather their opinions - after all, you can't forget you aren't alone and your companions are in the same moral dilemma.

It's true, your companions might disagree with your choice. But I think in the end most of them would choose their own lives - people are very selfish. I certainly am.
And I'm sure any brave heroes could be convinced that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
