Saturday!
I can't wait for Saturday. I'll actually have my own room in my friend Amira's house, where I'll be staying for awhile. I was going to move in with some other friends but, Amira gave me a better offer: Your own room with a door, you can bring your cat, you can have friends over, and you can have a key.

Things with Sam have been much better, and I think our 21 year friendship can be salvaged, which is really awesome. Despite his shortcomings, Sam is a pretty good guy. He just can't handle stress or having roommates. And, I know exactly how that is.
So, it looks like I'm going to be working at another Cup in the Glebe. Maybe, with any luck, I'll get my old salary again. I've been really looking for another job, but this is probably the worst time to look, as everyone has already hired their summer staff. But, I've decided not to freak out about this. If anything I can work out the coffee shop and enjoy my summer, and make some serious decision about going back to school in the fall. Because, as Tim bluntly put it: Tara, you can't keep working at the coffee shop forever. And it's true, I can't. And I really don't want to. So, time to be a grown up.....well I wouldn't go that far.
