Not really got much done this evening. Had some discussion on skins for The ARC and I downloaded a few more readymade ones I think will be good to modify., but my foray into DVd ripping went a bit off. VLC does do what I want but bizarrely with the wizard it gives it in 4:3 whereas playing about with the open disc and stream/save option results in ( Read more... )

Syfy Portal is calling for nominations for shows/films by May 20th. Stuff is eligible if it aired between June 1, 2006 and May, 31st 2007. I found out via 4400spoilers who posted with 4400 related suggestions, some of which I decided to back.

So, I bought film because of Chuck love - for those who know not of whom I speak he's the guy who plays Chucknician/Sergeant Canada on SGA. Watched film with much squeeing (there's so much Chuck in it!) - really enjoyed it. I haven't had much luck picking movies lately. "Thirteen", despite being very well acted and shot went nowhere much, was often confusing and generally bored me.
