I'm so frustrated right now. I found this amazing culinary school in London. It's world renowned and it's a really intensive program. 4 10-week long courses and I can be out of there with an amazing degree in both culinary and patisserie arts. It sounds perfect. My whole extended family is in England, so if I got homesick I'd only be an hour trainride away from close family. The best part is I'd be able to study abroad, but I won't have to be gone for too long, and I could be done in a year!! That means I could actually start my life.
Now the downside... the non-refundable application fee. It's 2,000 pounds, so almost $4,000. Yeah :( why?
The tuition is ridiculous too, but you're paying to get out of there in a year, so I understand that. But wasting $4,000 if I don't get it.. I can't do that.
So the search for schools begins again..
On another note, I want to have one last really big party before I leave. For a while I've been tossing around ideas, but I'm thinking I might throw a 70's disco. If anyone else has ideas I'm open to them. It's probably not going to be for a while. I have to find funding somewhere, and since this is the last one I want to make sure it's good :)
