Woke up at 10am at breakfast at 11am. Banana and yogurt cup.

Late Lunch 2:30pm
93g eggs
168g red seedless grapes
53g bacon 50% less salt Selection
69g johnson BF sausage

4526 steps.. but I had more I just forgot to put the watch on till the afternoon.

1am: Chicken breast 319g, Broccoli 187g

Shaved head.
