a new year
a new PIT design. So sick of the old one... it was kind of our first attempt, and the new one is soooo much better. Kinda KungFu looking! haha. I would have like to have managed to get it up today, but there's heaps to transfer, and plus Bjorn babycakes is a bit sick. A cold I think. Probably because of the bizzarro weather. And he's doing all the flash flash bits. And I'm doing all the painstaking html templates and links and shit. I'm sometimes surprised at how much I can wing it, seeing I've never actually learnt html.

Spoke to mum again today. She's really not coping. She cries a lot and misses me something shocking, but I cant afford to keep driving down there. The last few trips have wiped me out entirely money-wise. And then there's the need for me to have a break too. Once work starts back it is going to be SO full-on. Orientation week is massive, and I have to take more and more control over it to help the students out seeing they're mostly all new and dont seem to be making that much progress. A lot of stress, without much progress.
Anyway, just a short one tonight. Time to go cuddle up with my babycakes. Poor thing. Bad time to get sick, over the holidays. Maybe we've been overdoing it. And when I say "it"....
