Prom Dreams
Wait until next year, Caitlin. Just wait.
Easier said than done. I've been looking at prom dresses and theme ideas and such. It's like a ittle fat kid in a candy shop. I've always loved dresses, and I've always dreamed about having the most amazing prom a girl could as for. Wedding, as well, but that's a different story. I've always dreamed of arriving with my handsome date to some hotel with a large ballroom, in some fancy two-person limo. The theme being a Masqueade Ball. Dancing, having the time of my life, and then leaving early for some one and one time with my baby. Haha. Well, to cut things short, the tradtions of LC Prom are as follows:
-No hotel. Instead, a very big barn.
-No Masquerade Ball, but a Night In Paris theme.
And there is where my dream ends, because that's MORE THAN LIKELY how my prom is going to turn out. Talk about a slap in the face. My Eighth Grade Night was a 'Night In Paris' and I don't want my prom to be like that, or in a freakin' barn! Gah!
But, like any girl, I can dream. And if my dream on prom is ruined, then my wedding better be perfection! Well, since Jeremiah's going to be my groom, it will be. =]
Wanna see what I've always wanted to arrive to prom in? It's a bit Cruella DeVille, but that's where I got the idea and I've stuck with it ever since.
