LJ VS Myspace

Live Journal is so much better than Myspace. I have an account on both and I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out MS. I joined because of a high school friend. Last night, I decided to play around while maeuschen went next door to watch the Eagles game. I looked up my high school and found lots of people on there! So I've been trying to add people. What a pain! I can't figure out how to read some comments, too. I get emails saying I have comments about me and then I can't find them. What's with that?

So I'm still a LJ junkie! I'll have Myspace for those who don't have LJ, but I prefer this one. I may not be able to add music and all the "jewelry" but hey, I haven't done that on MS yet either! It's just plain, boring me!

And I post here instead of cleaning like I"m supposed to. Nothing like procrastination. Friends are coming over tonight for a hotdog cookout and board games. Caleb and maeuschen are out driving. K is sleeping, which I'd like to do. We didn't get to bed until after midnight and all of us ended up sleeping in, so we missed church, but I'm still exhausted. I have bags under my eyes. Nothing prettier than huge bags under the eyes. Makes a girl feel sexy!

Bah...I sit here, trying to not work and all I can think about it work. I better go get something done. At least the dusting. I see a layer on the piano. Tip for any house owner. Get light colored tables. Can't see the dust. Our tables are light, but our piano is dark. I can see dust on the piano. I should also add Zorb to the carpet and use my Dyson. See if the Zorb does a good job.

Oh, and I cut hubby's hair last night. I've been doing this for years now. I was working on his extra long hair (it's been awhile) and it was getting really good. I used the thinning shears to help his hair lay better and put them down then decided to thin the top a little more. I picked up the shears and took a clip when suddenly I saw a huge chunk of hair come away. I immediately began to cry. I had accidentlly picked up the scissors and not the thinners. Jared had a huge chunk of hair missing and he has to give presentations this week in San Deigo. I feel awful. Jared could only laugh. He said it was such an honest mistake that it was too funny. So I had to cut all his hair off to match it up. It doesn't look bad, but it looked so much better before I started to "thin" the hair. I still could cry. I can't believe I made that mistake.

So now that I've told you my horrible hair cutting story, I better go.
