So after like a million years, I finally get to a place where I think I can start work on coding that Fallout KiSS doll that I've been working on since 2008.
Except...
WSVC won't work, no matter what compatibility mode I try to run it in. I am so used to using it I have NO IDEA how to use anything else.
I really can't/don't know how to use Photoshop or PaintShoPro to break up the image sheet. It's impractical at this point and creates a lot more work.
I think I can get used to using Gif2Cel, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get it to make the background color transparent. I'm pretty sure GIMP can save directly to .cel format too. (Even though I hate GIMP so bad.)
I just...did so much work. Never mind the three dozen+ OTHER dolls that are in various states.
I just want to make KiSS dolls. ; 3 ; plz?
I've found a total of ONE tutorial but it's...well...not helpful.
