even smiling makes my face ache
Pain pain pain pain pain pain. This morning, not so bad, but AS SOON as I go home from work BOOM, I am incapable of doing anything except whining.
I need to refill my muscle relaxers, so OF COURSE, massive facepain. Heating pad, shower, sleep, OTC painkillers, and my very last Norflex, NOTHING. Still hurts. Like a vice grip on an overwound spring in my face joints, neck, shoulder. Need to schedule another doctor's appointment. Maybe get a referral? PT? A chiropractor? A specialist? Please no surgery, I am scared of it.
I hope they send me to the nice lady in the OSU lab if I need more blood taken. I usually come out of blood labs with a junkie bruise rainbow, but she was PRO. If only the people at the Red Cross clinics were so good.
Dizzy, sick, weak. Can't take pills. Can't chew. Holding my head up is hard, laying down is torturous. Nothing is very comfortable except sitting propped up on the couch.
Used up all the hot water standing underneath a scalding hot tap. My skin hurts, it dries me out terribly, but it's the only relief I have from the constant drone of pain. Something about the heat and steam and the water pressure makes the awful goddamn grip my faulty tendons have on my joints LET GO and my legs get all wobbly and I feel like I might pass out. Oh relief, you are hazardous.
Ryan says he says he can SEE the vein in my face being constricted oh god how horrifying. And how embarrassing that he has to hold my hair while I am sick because he couldn't find my hair clip in time.
Now I will got read stupid webcomics and maybe drink some lukewarm Pom tea.
