Spring Break #day 6
Went to school first this morning to tidy up my classroom and prepare for the new term. Our next unit will be Doctors & Hospital, so I have made an 'Doctor's office' learning corner and prepared a bulletin project. From previous experience I know kids get really engaged in this unit, so it should be a fun four weeks.
Because of the state test results and analysis I think things will be changing in the coming months. We need to focus more on math and language instead of 'traditional' kindergarten issues like crafts and play. But we'll manage.
In other news, it's still freezing and very, very cold. I'm so over it... I want Spring already!
