Obligatory Mangled-Language Whine: did they haaaaaaaave to call it that? It makes me think of Charla's 'airporto' from The Amazing Race!
Okay, now that that's out of the way, I'd never heard of WdM until today. (I really need to stop forgetting about the Friends-List feature. I miss so much, that way.) So what is it? According to the post over at NaNoLJers, May is where you can set your own (word-count, I'm guessing) goal and then work toward it, rather than the NaNo-mandated 50K. Seems interesting, even if I did discover it at the half-way point, as usual. Oh well. *Grin* I've been doing other things for my May Writing, so.
