So, for the first time in my life, I decided to brave the mass of fleash-eating, neck-breaking zombies that is women on Black Friday. Ya'll have seriously been overplaying the deadly and crazed crowds on this holiday for the shopping inclined; it just wasn't that bad and I got some damn cool stuff for it.
First, my dad let me have a shopping spree at Charlotte Russe because "he hasn't boughten me anything in a long time." ... Sooooo that like 200 I spent last weekend was nothing? My father is silly. And the best man ever. Not just cause he buys me pretty things (though I can't deny that's nice) but because he's the best, most loving, awesome dad to have walked the earth.
Oh! He also got me, and I'm still peeing myself over this, Volumes 4, 7, 8, and 9 of MST3K (do you know how much MST3K that is??? *dies*), along with the Manos, Hands of Fate dvd, which, if you've never seen it, is life-savingly funny. You'll pee a little. We also got The Little Mermaid just to get it before Disney sticks it back in their incredibly stupid "Vault". I don't deny that it might work as a marketing scheme, but that doesn't stop it from being one of the most annoying things since they closed down the military base as a means of transportation in Monterey. (Side note, you cannot build a military base IN THE MIDDLE OF A TOWN and then decide to close it because of "terrorist threats". You're a rinky dink base in Central California ... who the hell wants to bomb you???)
Anyway, we also got Jarhead for like 8 bucks, which is an awesome deal. I got season 3 &4 of Will & Grace in a two-for-one deal (pees some more) and season one of Whose Line? ( I no longer have any pee left). Seriously, I'm not going to leave my television for like a year.
Remeber when I was going through my Trent Reznor phase and posted pictures of him for seemingly no reason whatsoever? Yeah, same thing. Oh, the beauty ...
