Tonight we had Quail and Ale for dinner.
The Quail: bought at the local grocery store, but it came from here: Manchester Farms. Other than being really really small, it was quite tasty. Not enough meat on it (we had 2 each), but still good. Once I stopped thinking about how cute Quail are...
The Ale: Chimay Ale, a gift from Chris' brother Phil a few years ago. DAMN, this stuff is tasty, and as I predicted on the first sip, quite strong and effective. *grin*
I kinda wish we had taken pictures, as we had quite a laugh over our "theme" dinner.
