Bad Things1. I got ANOTHER Migraine yesterday. It hit at about 10:00 in the morning, I made it until lunch, but then promptly went home and went down for a two hour nap. I don't know what I've done to break my head, but this is third in at least a month, and the second in a week. I am not a happy camper ( Read more... )

unfortunately i work for a living, ranting, joe jonas is perfect

Bad Things
1. UGHHH! Migraines are the worst. Have you been to the doctor about them? Or are they not that severe?

2. EEEEEE. *thinking good thoughts*

3.WORD TO THE WORDY MCWORDPERSON THAT EXACTLY. UGHHH. My car informed me that it was 35 degrees outside when I reached downtown this morning. DO NOT WANT.

Good Things
1. LOOK AT YOU. What's your gym plan of action? How many times a week, are you getting a trainer, etc?

2. GOD WOULD THEY JUST STOP IT? (I TAKE IT BACK, NEVER STOP.)

3. I AM NOT AS TALENTED AS THEE, so now I have the pickle of a choice of having something delievered (I had something delievered yesterday, ughh) or eat at the icky place downstairs, or run like the wind across the street to the Taco Shack. I think I will go with option c because tortilla soup sounds like heaven rn. IDK.

4. HAHAH oh dear house cleaning. I should get on that. Why is vacuuming such an Effort!

5. JOE. I do wish he would be less scruffy, but I've decided that it's his attempt to tell the world that he's no longer that smooth, clean cut Disney teen but the dreamboat of a 20 year old You Want To Star In Your Next Film, Mr. Producer. And I can get down with that.

I like all those lj meme options. GO.

AND TO RECIPROCATE:
1. I am always impressed with your ability to be fannish, have a job, and do domestic things like elaborate cooking, cleaning, and such things. You must have a good handle on time management, and I SALUTE YOU FOR THAT.
2. If you could drop everything you're doing right now, what Nick/Joe story would you write?
3. What is your favorite cheese?

BAD
1. I haven't been to the doctor about them, but my migraines are kind of highly unpredictable. They started my sophomore year of college, and then mostly stopped by my senior year. In the past year they've picked up though, so it may be time to go. :(

3. Our Jonas flavor cocktails are going to be chilled whether we like it or not. I'm trying to think of the WARMEST POSSIBLE PLACE to drink. Which will probably just be at someone's house.

GOOD
1. Gym plan of action is to work up to a three mile jog, four times a week, plus some random strength training should I feel like it. Really, I just need to get active and dedicated again. I don't need to be taught, perfect, and toned, I just need to know that if I have to run from zombies, I'll be able to.

3. Tortilla soup DOES sound good. Man. I should MAKE that soon. The only gripe I have about my lunch is it won't be warm enough!

5. Jooooooe! I love the scruff, I have to admit. I don't know, it draws attention to his mouth and I like that. And I can't get over how much I like his short hair. I may just be blind to all flaws seeing his pretty face all unobstructed like I am! (HOLLYWOOD! GIVE JOE JONAS A CHANCE TO APPEAR SHIRTLESS IN YOUR MOVIE!)

FAKE MEME
1. I am in fierce envy of your poise! I tend to get cold and standoffish when I don't know what to do, but it seems like you just get more welcoming, more charming! You give off that aura of understanding perfectly what each situation requires of you and oh how I wish I could do that!
2. I've really wanted to write some sort of fic where Nick finally realizes how much he needs Joe. Like Joe goes on a month long backpacking tour of Europe and Nick misses him like a limb. Or Nick goes on tour for the Administration and thinks he can handle not being around Joe but he FAILS MISERABLY (and writes a song about it). And then they get together for long, schmoopy make outs where Nick is like, "I'm sorry I didn't appreciate you!" and Joe is like, "Whatevs, let's keep kissing!)
3. Right now I'm all about the non-cows milk cheese. Goat/sheep's milk cheeses. I grew up with like swiss and cheddar so these crazy not-from-cow cheeses are blowing my mind! I had an aged goat cheese that was mild and strong all at the same time. I really want to try some small, local artisan makers. There HAS to be some.

Central Market has local artisan cheeses! Sometimes the farmers come out and sample them and talk about how much they looooove their coooows. It's great!

I need to do a Whole Foods/Central Market stroll soon and get to nibbling.

I want artisan goat cheese! I've seen some advertised as being "Texas Goat Cheese" but was a bit mass produced-y.

Check out the cheese section at Central Market on North Lamar, I think I've seen some local goat cheeses there. Also local co-opy places probably do too. I'd be surprised if Wheatsville didn't - I haven't been since they expanded, but I can only imagine they have more room for cheese now. And maybe Sun Harvest too!
LET'S GO CHEESE SHOPPING.

5. JOOOOOOOOOOOE. ICW for Joe to be the center of attention again because he's just so pretty. Not that I don't love married!Kevin and solo'ing!Nick WITH A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF LOOOVE, but I'd like to see Joe be pretty in photos 24/7 too. /PREACHING TO THE EVER DEVOTED CHOIR.

FAKE MEME

2. YESSSSSSSSSSS. STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND WRITE ME THAT. I love the "no really we don't have to talk about it, just continue to do that thing with your tongue, Nick"!Joe.
