Miiiiiiiigraines
I has them. :(
I was at work today, and while I was sitting on the computer I realize that my vision had gone funny. There was a blurred line across the vision in my right eye. And nausea set in soon after. I waited about 30 minutes. Getting some stuff that needed doing finished. I got a torturous phone call from a woman who was upset about a franchiser not monitoring his franchisee and just listened with my head down on the desk and the phone on my ear.
And then right as the vice began to squeeze I got in the car and headed home. By 10:30, about 4 hours after waking up, I lay down in bed with all the lights on, and a pillow resting on my eyes for MORE COMPLETE DARKNESS. I slept for two hours, dreaming about odd things.
The luckiest thing about these stupid migraines is can usually cure them with a nap. I wake up still weak, and bending over or leaning to one side or the other brings the full pain of the headache rushing back but I can at least turn on a light and talk and do some things. Anyway, when I woke up I watched some 9/11 documentaries and talked with blackwayfarers and th_esaurus and was lazy and useless and feeling sorry for myself.
I don't even know why I'm posting this. I guess to do a little cathartic whining and also to log the fact that this is when I got it. I've been getting them more frequently (memo to self: BE HEALTHIER) and I'm probably gonna have to go to the doctor soon and deal with it.

Also, despite all the free time, I couldn't concentrate enough to write, and this weekend I have the boy from Dallas coming down, and a lunch date with my family. FAIL. I want to write Nick gets Joe Jonas in a skirt for his birthday. I want to write it now!
