List of the awesome:
1. At 1:25ish Nick starts talking about how he actually got to sleep in, and says, "I slept in 'til, like, noon." And he looks over at Joe as if to VERIFY THE TIME. Like, "Baby, what time did we get up?" Cue the SOFTEST, SWEETEST, most FOND smile from JOE EVER. Also it's a little dirty! It's the entire plot of a fic in five seconds, trust me.
2. At 2:20 they start singing Happy Birthday to Joe, and at 2:30 Nick grabs Joe's shoulder and MANHANDLES him. Shakes him! It's awesome.
3. At 4:00 a girl asks how Joe's birthday is going and he crowds up into Nick's space like his life depends on it. UGH. And Nick just stands firm and lets his brother press into him and looks happy.
4. Then the interviewer gets all pervy about Nick's muscles, and Nick decides to... talk about Joe's MUSCLES. And only just stops short of saying Joe has an amazing body. (4:50)
5. At 5:10 Nick actually manages to not sound full of shit while talking about his love life.
In other news I ate WAY too much sugar tonight. Ugh. Why am I not an adult.
Also, I was at the grocery store, buying whole wheat couscous and tons of produce and feta cheese. You know ADULT things. Not bagel bites and Capri Sun. Then I wandered into the magazine aisle and ALMOST bought the Jonas RollingStone news stand thing. But I chickened out. Because I kept imagining the bored cashier seeing all that food that is clearly not for a 14 year old girl and then scanning that magazine.
I've enlisted mangojellytoast to help me get over it sometime soon. Cause really. I think I need some more lame in my life.
ETA: The big plans for Joe's birthday was a party at the skating rink. GOD, I love that boy. Also. FACT: Joe and Nick went around the skating rink holding hands at least.
