JoBro Hangover
I has one.
So yesterday blackwayfarers, mangojellytoast, and I went to Six Flags Fiesta Texas yesterday. Well, first I went to work and then I gleefully left work to go to Six Flags.
It was a truly stellar time. We chatted incessantly about things that I'm sure made people around us do double takes. Alex and Dani dub-con'ed and non-con'ed me onto various roller coasters. We had too much funnel cake (which is still better than too LITTLE funnel cake). Alex reasserted his manliness by shooting lasers better than I do. Bees got up in people's various kitchens. Sunburns were successfully avoided. All in all it was really a lot of fun.
We ALMOST went to Cowboy's, but in the end we were just too wiped! And also, at Cowboy's it would have been impossible to have a long drawn out conversation about how the Jonas Brothers are amazing. We drove back to Alex's place and got to know his awesome friends by talking about all things fandom and one of the girls MADE MY LIFE by showing me here three 600 page books of favorite fan fictions bound like real books with cover art and an index and it WAS A REVELATION of biblical proportions.
Alex gave me a little something to remember him by in the form of JONAS notebook. It's amazing. Nick is wearing a striped woman's knit top, Joe is startled by how much he looks like a douchebag, and Kevin's flaunting his ghetto booty, while wearing massively high heeled boots. I am going to write Jonas slash in a JONAS notebook. It's really kind of wonderful.
We had so much fun talking that we stared there until 2:30, which meant I got home at 3:00am, and then liketheroad had posted her AMAZING SEQUEL to her AMAZING STORY Joe Jonas: Boy Cheerleader", the The Further Adventures of Joe Jonas: Boy Cheerleader so I HAD to stay up and read it. And regret nothing! It was amazing.
Then the cats woke me up at 10:00am to be bitches.
And finally, in other news:
Goals for Today-
1. Nap (not being helped by the caffeine I'm drinking right now)
2. Write (in my JoBros notebook! <3)
3. Clean my apartment.
4. Hang out with my buddy Rich.
