At work, they're busy creating a new cocktail list & have been searching through recipe books for new & inventive drinks that aren't a complete pain in the ass to make. Unfortunately, they've got this silly law over here that you can only sell alcohol in increments of 25ml, with a maximum of two such measures per glass (& only 3 glasses at a time too), so they're quite limited by what they can offer. Regardless, that doesn't mean they haven't tried a bunch of them, just because they can. :) Here are a couple of ones that I've thought were interesting (& the first one is something I think would tickle lucidite's fancy):

Raspberry Mochatini

• 1½ oz raspberry flavoured vodka;
• ¾ oz dark creme de cacao;
• ¾ oz Chambord;
• 1 oz espresso coffee;
• dark chocolate;
• ice cubes;
• martini shaker;
• large martini glass;
• grater.

Fill shaker with ice & glass with ice water. Pour all other ingredients into the shaker & shake... Empty martini glass. Strain ingredients into glass & grate dark chocolate over top of drink.

Love Junk

• 1 oz vodka;
• ¾ oz Midori;
• ¾ oz peach schnapps;
• 3 oz apple juice;
• wedge or slice of apple;
• highball glass;
• straw(s).

Pour ingredients into glass & stir with straw(s). Garnish with apple.
Enjoy!
