I REALLY need a Not Sure If Want icon...
I just found out about Underworld: New Dawn... I mean yeah, I knew another Underworld movie was coming. They weren't just going to let it be.
But now I find out that 4 is already under way, and there is no sign of Michael anywhere... WTF People?
Yes, Selene is the main character and I will never say no to seeing more of Kate Beckinsale in tight leather, but Michael isn't exactly a slacker in the main character department and it's cruel to deprive me of more shirtless Scott Speedman so WHY IS THERE NO MENTION OF HIM? THIS IS NOT COOL. HIS AND SELENE'S RELATIONSHIP IS LIKE MY FAVORITE PART OF THE MOVIES (unless it's Rise of the Lycans).
If they come up with something stupid for why he's not there like "lol, he died offscreen in some undetermined manner because we don't actually know how you would kill a creature that's essentially unkillable unless there's a running helicopter near by" I'm gonna be pissed. Well, I'll be pissed anyway, but even more so if the reason for him not being around is something moronic. I'll just... cross my fingers that Scott Speedman actually is in the movie and it's just being kept quiet to make people wonder... I'm choosing to focus on Michael's absence and not the WTF plot they seem to have come up with for the sake of my sanity
And just one thing... It's been almost 3 years since Rise of the Lycans, but since I just re-watched the entire trilogy today, I feel the need to say this: Rhona Mitra, you're awesome and everything, but you could have dyed your hair blonde or something. I twitch every time I stop actively forcing myself to forget that Sonja was blonde in the first movie... It's more annoying because it's an easy thing to fix.
