SPN 6x15
not much to say tonight since I'm tired and grumpy, but I have a few things....
Due to aforementioned mood there weren't many LOLs to be had for me, but the few I had where brought on by Misha. And the phonecall with Sera where she's all "and how would that make me look? I'm supposed to be running this thing!"
I love Bal calling Cas and Raphael "Cassy" and "Raphy".... I love Bal in general, really.
Cas... He is a BAMF. Also WINGS! MOTHERFUCKING WINGS IT'S ABOUT GODDAMN TIME WE SAW THEM AGAIN OMG.
When Raph showed up as a chick, my first thought was "Oh, so does that mean Cas is gonna kill him this time?". But aside from that, I think I like fem!Raph.
Yay for Bal throwing in his lot with the good guys. Hopefully he won't be like Gabriel, and die shortly after deciding to help, as that would just suck.
DNW boys being pissed at Cas again. To be fair, he DOES need to share more with them, but still... DNW them all being snippy. They all just need to sit down, talk about what the fuck is going on, and then hug it out or something....
....In closing; BAMF!Cas, good!Bal, and fem!Raph were the best things about the episode, with Misha coming in second place, and the meta in general coming up last... I think the episode would have worked as well, or better without the meta aspect, but it worked fine with it, so *shrug*. However, I really wish there would be more episodes now that focus solely on the plot, and not just have a little add-on about the plot tacked on at the end... which is exactly what this was... A one-off with a side of "holy shit, this is serious" tacked on at the end, and there has already been way too much of that this season...

ETA: and now, having read everyone else's posts about the strong plot, the hilarity, and 'best episode of the season', and general cries of perfection I feel sort of bad for being so negative
...I feel like I should be deleting everything I said before I maybe get Lucifer-snapped out of existence... messily...
