yeah. interesting week. started off with rehersal on monday, and then my mom calling me to say that she was going down to the hospital to spend the night with my grandma, because she was feeling sick. so tuesday comes and goes, with my mom still at the hospital. yesterday morning, at around 6 the phone rings. i answer it, even though i know what the news is going to be. After battling throat cancer for 3 years, my grandma passed away at 430 am wednesday morning with her rosary in one hand, and my moms hand in the other. There is no better way to die, than in the arms of God and your loved ones. i can only hope i can be so lucky. I'll never understand how she kept such a positive attitude, even after the chemo and radiations failed. the funerals on saturday morning, that'll be hard to get through...
on a lighter note. spring show is today, that should be a darn good time. I am a swimmer, which means that i have to dance while wearing a purple unitard, a floatie ring around my middle, flippers, and --snorkal. everyone come. its from 7-930 in the auditorium..
