I ended up scouting out a new cinema in order to finally catch this movie, and I was the only one in the theater. Which was a good thing, because there was one particular moment where a certain reference to Torvill and Dean made me start howling with laughter, and I think any fellow audience members would have been confused at best and annoyed at worst. By itself, it wasn't the best of movies, but I was certainly entertained, one way or another. Liked some of the one-liners too, though the bit with the toilet paper I could have lived without.
I also may be be lusting after Jon Heder. Oh dear...
A lot of "For Lease" signs in Buffalo. I'd noticed this about the city before, but it seems to be getting worse, or at least be worse in the part of the city I was in, which wasn't too far from south campus. I'm not about to rely on that cinema staying around.
