unjust justice
So its not exactly news that the justice system isn't always just. Like the burglar who breaks in hurts himself and sues the homeowner, or the people who spill hot coffee on themselves and win millions. But I am just another victim of the non justice of the American justice system.
Pleas have been offered in my case, and it is not by any means just for the actions done to me. He sticks to the story he didn't know I was asleep so therefore it was not his intent, and he should not be liable, and they're going with it. It is worse than saying it didnt happen. it says it happened, and its ok he did it... what kind of archaic laws is that?
Worse the penalty is longer for stealing than rape? how lame.
