It was Don who finally made the first move. Stella was too afraid of what would happen, too afraid that if she admitted she wanted him, admitted that she needed him, she would end up losing him. He asked her to be brave, to choose him, choose them. He told her he knew she could do it. So that was why she was pacing outside the bar, waiting for him to show up. She threw her arms around his neck and kissed him, knowing it was all worth it, he was worth it, knowing she had made the right choice.
