For Security Purposes...
At GEICO, I have to verify information from our policyholders in order to help them...
I say, "For security purposes, may I please verify your name, date of birth and zip code?" and they respond accordingly.
Well, I have to admit, by the end of the night, saying the same thing call after call, my tongue gets a little tied...
I had a policy holder call and this is what I said:
"Thank you very much... And for security porpoises, may I please verify your name, date of birth and zip code?"
Yeah... I sad "porpoises."
Fuck. But the policyholder laughed. It was great.
So now Lisa and I made fun out of it... She said "better watch out for them porpoises... They'll getcha!"
