wacko jacko got cut more slacko

I really did well this whole time. I avoided reading or watching this media circus as much as possible, trust me. But I am truly saddened now, as both a mom and a human that he got out of this whole thing-yet again. I understand many people are on the fence about his guilt or innocence and that maybe we don’t even have the right to judge as we aren’t jurors but . . . When you’re on trial, you’re on trial, right?

Yes, I am aware that there are money hungry people out there that spew allegations in the hopes of making a quick buck (or million as the case may be). I find this disgusting. And I am far too aware of the mass media that has placed more focus on what wacko wears to court than anything these children have ever had to say in regards to inappropriate behavior endured. In the simplest sense, such aesthetic or superficial media focal points have gotten way off track to the point where it insults our intelligence and is patronizing. From my professional viewpoint, I am angered that MJ was not given a phallometric assessment test (I might be apt to profile someone like him as a clerical child molester but that's another springer episode)and this would have helped determined any attraction to kids, typology, predict recidivism, you name it. And at its most obvious point there’s that damn ranch to consider . . . In and of itself it’s a complete lure isn’t it? What child wouldn’t want to spend endless amounts of time there? It’s much like the chocolate factory, and bait is always placed strategically for a specific reason . . .

So this case is a little tricky, maybe a smidgen different than the more obvious dirty old man next door that we warn kids to stay away from. It’s not exactly the typical pedophile who looks to hurt, or cant control perversion, or unconsciously builds false ego by placing theme self in such a position where the victim can never forget them, or the altering of another’s entire life as the ultimate “get off.” Nope, here’s the type of molester who truly doesn’t believe he’s doing anything wrong bc he feels he’s no different than the child. To someone like this, logic dictates what is illogical to most of us; in his mind its no different than 2 kids playing Dr together bc he is under the impression he is also a child.

So did MJ get away with murder? Yes, in a way. He quite possibly killed off someone’s innocence as well as their future. And it makes no difference to the 40 something year old man who cannot distinguish between right and wrong or has never been told “no.” OK, I’m done now- until the next trial at least.
