I just finished catching up on my friends page. It had been several days since I read it. I certainly didn't read every entry, but I got the gist of what is going on in people's lives.
I did first want to say this, though, to fj. In some ways Midwesterners are more Puritan than New Englanders. Fanciness is the Devil's workshop. Only through Mind-Numbing Boredom do you reach the Kindom of Heaven. I'm sure your worldliness confuses them way more than your partnership with pinkfish. And just when you think you can't take it anymore...remember that many of us endured 18 years of it.
Ok...now back to our regularly scheduled program.

I was beginning to post stuff about my life. Personal stuff. Self-censor.
You haven't seen me post much about what's going on because posting it in here feels like a violation.
There are things that I would love to share with you that are specifically about myself. It wouldn't violate anyone else's trust. But it just seems like A Bad Plan. This is after all, online. There is no privacy here. No real privacy. It's all an illusion as far as I can see. So, just when I start to write...to post...I erase it. It's frustrating, since I don't see many of you in person and sometimes it would be useful to have your feedback.
