one more thing, while i'm posting.

Say The Word

Say the word and I will sing for You
Over oceans deep, I will follow
If each star was a song
And every breath of wind, praise
It would still fail by far to say
All my heart contains
I simply live, I simply live for You

Chorus:
As the glory of Your presence
Now fills this place
In worship, we will meet You face to face
There is nothing in this world
To which You can be compared
Glory on glory, praise upon praise

You bind the broken hearted
And save all my tears
By Your word, You set the captives free
There is nothing in this world
That You cannot do
I simply live, I simply live for You

this song, for some reason i have no idea, has touched me deeply the last few times i have sung it at ryan's church. the first time i heard it i cried like a baby. i could go on, but you guys get the message--it means a lot to me, blah blah blah. the song is in a wonderful key for a contralto like me (that's polite for 'female freak tenor') and i've been thinking about singing it as a special in church for a while. the harmonies are very sweet though, and i was wondering if anybody would volunteer to sing it with me--a duet or trio or even quartet would be great, because the structure of the song really allows for a lot of counterpoint and harmony work. girls, guys, kids, adults, whoever--please talk to me if you like singing and would like to!
