Rain
I just got caught in a rain storm walking back to the apartment...the ONE day I forgot to bring my umbrella. I like the rain, back at home, but not here. When it rains here, it puts you completely out of commission, considering the main way to get somewhere is to walk. Ohhh well.
Today in Union Square they tried to build the worlds largest popsicle. (random). Apparently it got so hot that the popsicle started melting and people were actually running away, so they wouldn't be caught in the downpour of flavored ice. hahaha. I thought it was amusing. Thats what is so great about living here, not a day goes by that I don't see some strange random thing happening on the streets.
We have also come in contact with some lovely little rats. Thats always a nice thing to see.
Pammy is coming to visit me tommorrow, so that should be home. I`m in desperate need of seeing someone from home.
