House Woes pt. 2
Well, we went to look at the house last night. Yeah, I'm not as in love with it as I was before. Furniture can make a lot of difference. There were so many things that they didn't tell us about. They also lied on the disclosure. So, with that, we have an out on the purchase agreement. That makes me feel better. What doesn't make me feel good is the fact that we now have to start the search all over again. The house that was our "back up house" has been sold. But, I know that there is something out there for us. We just need to be patient. I truly know that we made the right decision not to get the house we originally wanted. I think my parents will be happy as well. I think they thought that I was rushing into this one. (I was...) but we made a smart decision. I also have a kick ass realtor. :)
