House woes
So we signed a purchase agreement on a house last night. I am so in love with this house its ridiculous. However, when our realtor went to bring the offer over last night he said he felt like things were a little bit fishy with some of the stuff that they told him. There were some foundation problems that they never told us about before and supposedly she fell through the ceiling from the attic getting Christmas ornaments.. but the patch looks a mighty bit bigger than that. We are going to do our own inspection tonight without them hovering over us and we still have the real inspection to do. I just really don't want anything to be wrong. If I learned anything from all the house flipping shows that I have watched its taught me to bring a tennis ball to test the foundation. She has a warranty on the foundation repair.... so I am hoping that really is ok. This has been a whirlwind of activity the last 24 hours. I can't believe this is happening. Wow.
