Even though I'm only 32, I have quite a lot of gray hair. I found my first gray hair at twenty and I was actually kind of amused by it. Like, "look at this little guy. So, I got my hair cut! I thought I might cry, but as soon as the stylist cut off my pony-tail, I felt a literal weight lifted off my shoulders! (It was done all at once, since I decided to donate my hair to Locks of Love). She cut in some layers and it looks really nice! It feels weird to have shoulder-length hair, but I really like it. Slightly freaked out by the fact that in about 12 hours, I'll go from hair down to my waist to having hair that's slightly longer than shoulder-length! I'm not regretting my decision, but it feels really weird.

I've been serious thought lately to cutting my hair. I've been wanting to get a trim and get rid of the split ends, but now I'm thinking of cutting off as much as six inches, about to the middle of my back. I can't do anything with it now, with it this long.
