Baking!
I'm currently baking a zucchini cake for my mom's birthday. I'm a tad worried about how it will taste. I was hoping to get my grandmother's recipe, but...it's complicated. Long story short, she and my mother aren't speaking. But I don't feel like airing my family's dirty laundry in public.
The cake smells really yummy! I'm using this recipe , which is hopefully similar to my gramma's. Even if it's not, it should still be tasty. I hope it's okay to use a bundt pan, instead of a sheet cake pan, though. It's already baking, so please don't tell me that! lol
