...pride nyc...
Hey its pride time again. I don't wanna go by myself so feel free to come along its free. ya know except for the whole paying for the train thing and if you want to eat or buy pretty gay stuff, etc but i mean the event, is free. It's june 25. actually its the whole week, but i'm only going that day. here is what happens on the 25th.

1) The MARCH: The Fight For Love & Life
5th Avenue and 52nd Street to Christopher and Greenwich Streets
Sunday, June 25th, 2006, 12pm-end
Moment of Silence: 2pm
2) PrideFest : 4 Events in 1
PrideFest : 4 Events in 1
Greenwich and Washington Sts. Between Christopher and Spring Sts.
Sunday, June 25th, 2006, 11am-10:00pm
PrideFest is more than just your ordinary street festival, it is several events in one! Whether you're there to grab some food after the March, go shopping in the MarketPlace, or buy some art in ArtSpace, or watching your kids play in KidSpace, or enjoying the hours of entertainment at StageFest, you'll be sure to have a very exciting day!
-----ok logically we will go to the parade first , we can either march in it or follow alongside it, but if we follow the parade we end up at the pridefest without having to rely on my horrible sense of direction. this will be an all day thing we have to be in NYC by at least 11:30am so we can find the start of the parade. i don't know what time we will be back at night..obviously if you need to leave early or if i want to go to something you don't you don't have to come along. we can split up and meet later or whatever, i'm meeting some friends from college there, they are from the gay club i'm in (SALE) and they are probably reading this. hi! this is not a real organized thing, if you wanna come you come and you leave whenever you want. i'm going to the parade and the pridefest and whereever else i decide to go afterwards..any ideas are welcome i'm fine with being there till late in the night but i don't want to get stuck in penn station again so we have to make at least the last train back to jersey.
yea and to the sale people...since i will hopefully be working by june i'm only taking the 25th off. but i'm going all day, i'm saving money starting now. if i can make to anything else you guys wanna go to i'll try.

i promise you it was great!! you do not have to be gay to enjoy this, i went with amber last year and it was awesome. And don't be worried about me meeting my sale friends, they are nice, i promise.
